Peace Nepal Group
Nepal is going through rough times at present. The three groups, the democratic parties, the king and the Maoists, continue to divide the country. Paralyzed by the increasing violence, the country’s situation is degrading day by day. Many people across the globe are concerned about the situation in Nepal. Nepalese living in the United States, along with other Non-Nepalese supporters of democracy, have raised voices on several occasions. However, there is still considerable amount of work to be done. Thus, some Nepalese and their friends of Nepal have come together to establish an online community of sincere members who will work together to seek peace in Nepal. The name PEACE NEPAL GROUP has been proposed. We believe that this name will echo with our objective. We will encourage participation from supporters of Nepal and grow the community into a forceful entity towards the establishment of peace in Nepal.

Learning to Blog!
Hi,
As an important step towards forming an active online community, we have launched a blog page that is provided by google as blogger.com. Here is a brief help for our readers to help them create blog account with blogger.com.
1. Go to the website http://www.blogger.com. There you will see a button which says 'CREATE YOUR BLOG NOW'. Click on it.
2. You will see 'create an account' page where you will choose your user name(i would suggest that you use the same username that you use for your email address, like if your email is abc@yahoo.com, then make 'abc' your username. You can use a different one if you want!). Display name is the name other people will see if you post your opinions.It can be same as the username that you want to use, or a different one. YOu can use any email address that you have for the email field.Check the 'I accept the Terms of Service ' box and click "CONTINUE."
3. After you click 'Continue', the next page will appear that says "NAME YOUR BLOG". For Blog title type 'My New Blog" or anything else ou want!For blog address type 'username' where username means that username that you chose in the previous page.In the word verification box, type the word you see on the screen just above the 'word verification' box.Click 'CONTINUE".
4. The Next page will say "Choose a Template". There are couple of designs that you can choose, so click on anyone you want and click "CONTINUE."
5. Your screen will say "Creating your blog' and then "Your blog has been created!" Click on "Start Posting".
6. Type anything you want, say for example a welcome message, and click "Publish Post" on the bottom of the page. Then you will see next screen where they will show you the % completed screen. When its 100%, you have published your first blog!
7. After this you have your own blog page. If you type http://username.blogspot.com/, it will be your blog page. Just like our blog page is http://peacenepalgroup.blogspot.com
8. On the address bar (where you type http://www.hotmail.com/ etc on the top), type http://peacenepalgroup.blogspot.com/. Here you can read our articles. In this page, at the bottom, you will see 'comments'. Click on it to add comments. Remember, to add comments, you will need the username and password that you created earlier!
